RFP issued for Manhattan Greenway

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for consultancy work on its Manhattan Greenway - Harlem River project.

It is seeking a consultant or consultant team for design services in engineering and landscape architecture for the preparation of all analyses, surveys, designs, permit applications and related documentation for the development of a portion of the greenway project in Manhattan. The Manhattan Greenway - Harlem River project addresses the gap between East 125th Street and East 132nd Street along the Harlem River and includes bulkhead repairs.

NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP and the proposed fee.
