Norway's biggest quarry blast

Norway’s biggest ever quarry blast was carried out by BAM Ritchies in July 2016 at the Bremanger Quarry, Svelgen. Some 68 tonnes of explosives in 454 holes along a 385-metre length brought down a 20-metre high bench to produce 360,205 tonnes of rock on the ground.
